They're dead. They were buried after the storm after their shelter collapsed. You can see it in the picture.

What breed is the dog ?
The dog could be a cross but looking at older him and the mum definitely seem golden retriever.
@@meerkat10 the tail is wrong for a pure bred golden retriever so he's probably a mix
