- The plaintiff dated the defendant against her better judgement, and they broke up because he was cheating on her. The plaintiff claims she rented a U-Haul for the defendant, but he failed to return it, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant argues the plaintiff agreed to four days, and she didn’t give him enough time. The defendant is countersuing for harassment.

What really happened: he was dating her and the neighbor at the same time, and now he's trying to save face by lying so he doesn't get in trouble with his woman. He's trying to make her seem crazy so that his story lines up with the lies he told his woman about her being a "stalker." Smh just tell the truth instead of trying to belittle this woman and apologize to your partner for being unfaithful.

He’s raggedy! He’s probably a part of that team of men in Newark that ask women to get Uhauls for them and use it for demolition. They dump the trash on the streets and sometimes never return the trucks or steal them back from Uhaul by making copies of the keys and matching them up with the big black numbers on the truck. If the woman asks to have the truck back or for them to Tasia it back they’ll load it up with trash and take it to Uhaul. Leaving the women liable for damages. Just raggedy

After the verdict, the defendant was making false allegations, saying "Stop harassing me" which she didn't, which had nothing to do with the case, & had the nerve to tell her "you need help" which is not your business, the judge never ordered the plaintiff to get help, she did nothing wrong, & the judge dismissed the defendant's claim for harassment which had nothing to do Breach of Contract. Actually, she was suing for A U Haul bill. What does harassment have to do with Breach of Contract? It nonsense.

I experienced this same uhaul situation with a relative.
The uhaul was rented to move my relative. Because the move wasn't going to happen immediately. A neighbor asked to borrow kept
it. Too long and brought it back dirty. We had to clean it plus pay the late fee plus had to rent it again.

I actually believe that defendant telling the truth about the stalker vibes etc after one night out . She didn't dispute the accusations at all and she thought he was about to tell more @8:23 she tried to rush back into the questioning. Now as far as the rest he owed for the uhaul and she owed for going to his job but of course judge wasn't gonna do that because he was done with the defendant before he started. The defendant does seem messy tho. He didn't have to tell all he did just to still owe.
