Ben Nevis CIC Hut

Ben Nevis stands tall at 1345 metres above sea level and is the highest mountain in the UK. Below the famous North Face nestled in the valley sits a haven for mountaineers, hill walkers and explorers the Charles Inglis Clark memorial hut, more commonly known as the CIC Hut. Owned by the Scottish Mountaineering Club it has 26 alpine beds, a modern kitchen, drying room, composting toilet, fresh water, gas heating and electric lighting. This hut must be booked to be used and all the details can be found online. This video follows us from the north face carpark to the summit of the ben and then back down to the hut, so come and enjoy the magnificent and atmospheric scenery the ben has to offer along with some rare inside footage of this amazing haven in the wilderness.
