does it change the date?
When I go to photos on target phone there is no sync photo. Can you help please...
Make sure you use the same Apple ID and enable iCloud Photos on both iPhones.

With iTunes transfer are the photo albums (and photos within them) transferred as well?... or are the albums empty now?
Photos and photos albums you made are transferred. And the transfer will not empty your album.
