Are the modems/Router combo units that flow provide compatible to use with new wifi 6 mesh system network? Am I able to configure the modem web portal setting to disable the router portion or can that be done remotely by Flow customer service tech?
Flow came on my property and put lines across my property without my consent. I made several complaints to every department and they told me I am not a flow customer therefore they don't know how to assist me.Have you ever heard anything so stupid.
@Jamiester please be reassured that it's not just FLOW jamaca. But, got some good news. They're doing some upgrades to the core and undersea fibers, so I'm guessing it should be done by the end of the year. Speaking from experience, it sucked until late June when I became unbearable for a week and then it suddenly works. No ping spikes, no throttling, low jitter (1-4ms) do random disconnections etc. But in the mean time if it's still bad, Just switch to Digicel Peace ✌

How long after the purchase will a technician come to my home to install and Will I have to be present when the technician is setting up the internet service or can I have someone be there to for the install ?

It would seem, however, that these ads as good as they are may actually cause criminals to assist Flow with its upgrading..... by stealing the remaining copper cables.......sad...
