The land was first giving to the state for bungalows for the prison service so now that a private developer would want a portion,please minister of Interior decor have you gone back to the owners of the land that you gave out the land for bungalows now we want to give portion of it to a private developer for our exponential incompetence to redeveloped a deployable bungalows?
