This mural in gorgeous! I'll be painting my very first mural this year at some point - probably after winter at this rate. Its SO HARD to find outdoor mural videos its insane! I've almost finalized the picture with my client so far - so we're off to a good start with planning. Not easy when one of you has a busy life. I personally still get a decent amount of spare time to do art projects though.

Thanks! I’m excited for you! Yes, one of the best tips I can give you is to utilize your darkest darks and your lightest lights throughout the mural. It is the key element to creating depth. Also the background should be mostly cool, muted out tones and leave all the vibrant colors for the foreground. Good luck. Send me a pic when you are done.

Thanks! I just use exterior latex. I finish it off with a UV and water sealant I get at Lowes made by Valspar.
