Have you ever been in Erfurt at the Christmas Market?
That is one of the most beautiful in Europe.
But there is a warning if you go there with Jasper, it can be very crowded there, especially at the weekend.

Yes, and you can visit the "Altstadt" from Erfurt.
It's near the Christmas Market and you will not be disappointed. :)

Trying to figure out how to get there from Munich without a car 😢

You can take the train from Munich hbf to Passau Hbf > Then you walk from there outside & take the bus from Passau Hbf to "Abzw. Wollmering, Eging a. See". It'll be a 7 minute walk to Pullman city market from that bus stop! It takes about 3 hours total to do this route. If you can, a rental car may be cheaper/easier for a 1 day rental (You can also pit stop at some other markets on the way then). I hope that helps some. :)
