Great guide but to speed things: After the two guards kick you out and as soon as you get control, walk/run through the entrance (not the vent, the regular entrance) and they will arrest you again. Doing so, you will create a loop of trespassing.
Once you get arrested if you pull down on the left stick you immediately get arrested again. So I secured the stick in that position and after a while I achieved my aim.
You just gotta keep doing this unfortunately. There's no other way. You can run right back in as soon as you've been kicked out to make the process faster. Won't take you that long.
