- A updated version of how to make Keto pork pies
Ingredients
100g Almond flour
160g mozzarella cheese
1 egg
500g Minced Pork
Salt
Pepper
Thym
Melt the cheese in a microwave For one minute, then add the almond flour and one egg stir in slowly to form a dough.
Then roll out the dough using oat fibre as a flower so it stick to the rolling pin. Or the Worksurface. Cut with cutter place in to the moulds and brush the edges with egg and add the lids and bake fo 30 minutes at 170/180c checking in between.
To make the jelly for the porkpies are use a packet of gelatine with pork stock cubes I melt the gelatine in hot water. Add the stock cubes and then pour more water into form half a pint of stock let this cool about 10 minutes and then with a syringe inject into the porkpies let jelly set inside the porkpies.

Ŕolling 'em out just a little bit bigger. That's what my mum used to do when the teacup or jar lid she used to cut the tart shells out with wasn't quite big enough. I have a set of American style biscuit cutters. These oies look lovely, and i will have to bake some. Summer's on its way, and i will have to have some things in the freezer that i can just pull out and thaw in the fridge and enjoy with a salad. Thank you so much.

Credits to you Greg for letting us in with your secret recipe so appreciated that I couldn't thank you enough 😉. It's not easy today to find a delicious pork pie in the shops but yours as to be said is exceptional and healthy not Fatty like ones in the shops. I'm not so keen on the Jelly so that will be left out but I will this year 2023 try making these pork pies 🥧 once I've bought these acquired ingredients you've shown in the video.

Greg, I enjoyed your video. Thank you for sharing this with your viewers. However, you left some important info out of the recipe. Where are the directions for the jelly that goes into the pies after they cooled down? Can you share these ingredients with us, please? One other final question. I know this may not seem as obvious as one would expect, but where do you buy the silicone six mould baking pan you are using?
