in northeast india we use plastic table cloth easy to wash.. no stains
My mom uses table cloth then plastic on top. My mom's friend uses embroidered table cloth at the bottom and glass on top.

It's very Italian to dress a table with a tablecloth but I must admit it does feel complete to eat off a covered table. It's lovely that he insists on doing that, never mind about it getting dirty or having to wash it.

Everyone keeps saying Covid, but were they locked inside Korea? I know Italy had a strict lockdown, but I think international flights still ran. They could've flown to a mutually beneficial location during the latter half of 2020 and throughout all of 2021.

Maybe he thought it would be easier or more beneficial to learn? Or maybe they speak a mix of both and just used English in front of the camera. Honestly I don’t know. I have friends who speak English with their parents despite that not being their parent’s native language, I don’t know why though. It varies from household to household what parents choose to teach their kids.
I think she's more comfortable to speak english to his dad than italian.

He taught ballet and also running his late mother's house turned into bed and breakfast... Gone for a year and another year is about covid since quarantine started around march and ended December which is the same month he was able to go back to Korea...
