Tgr , engine temp matters in this game becuase it reduced the chances of an engine blow or the faliure of headgaskets and other vital parts since when the engine is cold the metals are "bendy" in a way so they're brittle , if you want you can allways warm up the engine with test passes (not full throttle) a few times , or go into engine settings and change the starting temp on the vehicle, the red meter next to the blue one(gas) is the temperature meter👍
