My first recorded gameplay after the new patch and i feel like Battlefield 3 is finally a complete game!
Hopefully you enjoy this gameplay, i fly on firestorm with F18 hornet using Air Radar, ECM and Rocket Pods as always!

11,500 jet kills (approx) this guy must be the world leader in BF3
There is a lot of them out there.I run into them all the time.15-25,000 Jet kills.I got 34 Jet Service Stars, but I usually go 30-2, 55-8, 25-0.I crash from doing ground strafes a lot.

yesterday was the first time i was banned on a server for literally dominating the air.
Needless to say, I'm proud of it :D
I didn't stick with either, I don't play anymore. Just between the two, it was easier flying jet with a controller compared to a KB+M.
This guy is one of the top BattleField3 pilots. I dare you to dog fight against him. >.>

the whole first few minutes he is being attacked (locked on rockets, helicopter, jet) and actually coming from a pilot with 30 hours in jets, the planes are WAYYY nerfed after the patch.......
When I'm on the ground and I keep getting raped by jets or even when a jet dominates me in anyway I just fucking leave
Good jet gameplay, any server/admin who would ban any player mainly on kd ratio instead of solid evidence shows that they're just stupid.
At least the ECM jammer works for you. I can't use it with jets :S
No matter what I do it just wont deploy.

I seem to get into situations where im the only pilot for my team and i end up having to dogfight 2 jets at one time. I can usually get away and get behind one, but i can never get enough shots in before i have to pull up and evade again.It's very frustrating an i was wondering if you've ever encountered this problem, and if so what counter-measure's you take.
That must suck for good PC players to get banned for "cheating" all of the time. I guess that's one good thing that consoles don't have to worry about.

Jag använder Flares och har nästan aldrig blivit träffad av en heatseeker (efter patchen). Har testat ECM men jag var alldeles för långsam. :(

@epicstuff , i have jet service star 3, so i have everything unlocked. whenever i use ECM jammer, it never works. any tips on how to use it properly
It's much easier on console then pc to fly a jet.

It’s tricky but once you dominate the ecm you will rock the sky.
I use IR Flares because ECM jammer doesn’t work for me

i dissagre, its way more easyer aming with a mouse (in general) than with an stick. and theres less lag and low fps on pc

No, it's not easier to aim. You can be more precise but it's not easier. Lag depends on your internet and PC quality, so that's not true. And PC can run at over 100FPS depending on your PC specs. Console BF3 caps at 30FPS and usually runs below it. BF3 on console is vastly inferior to it's PC counterpart. That's fact.
Also, no offense to the uploader, but I didn't really see anything that impressive, and that's coming from a console player. >.<

Im also kinda used to a joystick, especially because im a Xbox CoD player since CoD 4. But really, for BF3, i prefer Keyboard and mouse. But flying jets and helis rly is hard as fuck lol. Just have to get used to it.

its on pc right? it looks so easy to fly a jet but its a real pain in the ass espacially when you r using an controller for xbox or i am just bad at aiming and flying...

Obviously you haven't flown a jet on console. It's cake and extremely easy to maneuver. On PC it is more difficult.

I understand the feeling and agree to what you said, but that isn't a ground for a ban. Maybe after the round is done, then request him to leave; not rudely kick him out in the middle of the game. You'd be pissed if you were the player.
Or better yet, leave the server and enter a new one. Given the number of games happening in different servers, I highly doubt you run across the same guy again.
I hate how most of the jet dogfight I end up getting into in this game are just circling battles.
Then I try to switch it up a bit and boom, the other guy is immediately on my tail. I wish we could actually pull off that maneuver shown in the campaign where he lifts his front end up and dumps speed to get behind them. That would be amazing :)
Oh and having a co-pilot would be nice as well
I know how to use it with helicopters perfectly. The problem with jets is that it will not deploy whatever I do. On the ground right after spawning, while getting locked on to, after enemy has full lock-on and after enemy missile is launched. I keep pressing countermeasures but it does absolutely nothing.
Sometimes the "ready" text below ECM jammer keeps blinking orange the whole flight, as if it was going to be ready soon, but it never is. Even if the "ready" text is green, I can't use it.
I have a problem:
When I put my Mesh-Quality on Ultra I can never see spotted Infantry. I dont know why.
I am also having a user.cfg for more FPS because I only have a Dual-Core PC. Is there something in the config which might affect this? (I cant post the config here because it would be too long).
I hope someone of you can help me out. It would be nice.

If was a "learn to fly" server they could kicked you for abuse . The other pilots looks like complete noobs .
us noobs dislike it when a huge level dude comes into the server and shoots us who are trying to get better. it's just not fair at all. it's the lvl 20+ pilots that piss me off really. i mean i love a challenge but when you're constantly getting owned, the game isn't fun. shieet if i were that good i'd offer help.

I understand that because I have my own server too. But when someone has to much skill to control themselves,I just kick them because it's not fair that everyone,including me on my server,can't enjoy the match because some people have no lives what so ever with jets.
Administration abuse. before someone bann a profissional, they should know from his IP if he is using or not a hack or cheating, that would prevent future events of "banned by (any shit)"
You play well, but i hate when people ban a great profissional thinking someone is something else.
bad jetpilots can dodge stingers and heatseeker and easily fly away from javlins. but no nerv. As a Helipilot U get shot down from infantrists, tanks, aa´s, je´t´s, the nerv is that the stinger lock on faster. I give it a try but as an heli pilot youre fucked 90% of time. ever tried?
I use kb+m for ground assault and grab 360 controller beside me when I jump into a jet, helo or tank.
Battlefied 3 is the Game like Bad company 2 !
But if you want to play .... Rent a server ! ... EA .. !
Make a subscription is much better than rent a server !

how? I haven't played BF3 on PC. I think playing as jet on PC might be easier because keyboard and mouse are more accurate than console. That's also one of the reasons I wanted to quit playing on console and switching to PC.
lol...server admin abuse happens a shit tn in bf3..surprisingly its always the high rankers that abuse their admin powers for me, wouldnt be surprised if they kicked everyone but noobs and then just boosted their way up

Why do good pilots constantly get banned? Admins should get reprimanded for doing that. If the other team isn't smart enough to pull out SAMs, or put a competent pilot in the sky, then its their own fault for getting raped.
Control? dude there is no "light contact" in videogames.. there are no "sparring matches". If you have low skill and think bad about who games more seriously than maybe you should not administrate servers.

No joke. Playing core when you fly is the easiest shit EVER. Yeah,some jet is flying away in a dog fight. It's wayy more professional if you play hardcore when there isn't the whole 3rd person bull shit.
I'm pretty bad ass in a jet as well. my best score on rush is like 52 and 4, conquest 36 and 2 but to think I'm the best is silly. There are tons and tons of good bf3 pilots I'm just a dime a dozen.
Not when you are a good admin and have a server. Only time I banned someone was when he shot me out of a jet and killed 20 other people with a sniper in the first... minute or so of gameplay.

Some epic skill right there in a jet!! Probably a level 2 admin was annoyed that you were killing him so he banned you. I have been a victim to these sort of arseholes as well!!

The ability to be more precise is possible, but still hard to do. Much harder to fly on PC.

I beat iKickz yesterday 7-0 yesterday, and I lose against 1ron. Kickz wouldn't have a chance with his manouvers, even though he turned out to be quite chill.
What a noon this admin.should know his nick as great player/pilot ... Shame could be nice end with one of the highest scores in jet with 0 death's. Oh well ...
