How so?
I'm gonna see these guys at River & Sky festival in less than a month, and I am stooooooked.
Saw Fucked Up recently at The Phoenix (Headliners Black Lips) and they were by far the best quality band of all 3 showcased that night (I say this not a fan of agro-punk but garage rock). And of course, love the Strombo session. Perfectly intimate.

@bob james I met Damian after a show in 2014 and he treated my brother and I very well. If it wasnt for Damian I wouldn't have found out about Fucked up.
@bob james yeah, you couldn't be more wrong. He hung out all night after their show and was a great down to earth dude, as is nearly every Canadian band (that plays bar venues instead of say stadiums, at least in my experience). Even sparked up after the show. I could barely see where you were coming from if you said that *frontmen* are pretentious assholes, because in some instances that holds merit, but hating on a hobby like collecting music? Give your head a shake, bud. Ever consider that perhaps you're the pretentious asshole?
Went to a gig a few weeks back and he was hanging out chatting and hugging everyone in the crowd and sang me happy birthday. Always felt he comes across as warm and genuine
