I really enjoy playing the pokemon tcg nothing is better then a good pokemon card pack opening if the pokemon cards are worth money its even better. getting into a pokemon card battle is also fun. Of course playing the pokemon tcg is my forte! like how to build a pokemon deck and playing the pokemon tcg online is how I spend most of my evenings. Pokemon tcg tournament are also great and if you even need any help on how to play the pokemon tcg then let me know! Dont forget you can also open pokemon tcg pack online too! Ive never got to open packs with leonhart or randolph but hopefully will soon! Not pokemon vgc pokemon vgc online or pokemon tcg world championships. Building pokemon decks is very fun! watching other deck profiles and deck lists is very helpful - เกม
imo budget decks are a sign of a healthy tcg. the fact you took 10 bux and won a tournament with a anti meta deck says alot. love this video and i would love to see more budget anti meta decks for some more inspiration!

I love budget deck ideas! When it comes to new players, the high prices can definitely be off-putting. I myself love running budget decks like Mad Party, Durant Mill, Zoroark, or Poison Ditto + Shedinja.
They are all fantastic choices!
I just got back into ptcg after a 5 year hiatus. I've got to say, you've definitely put your place into the community since I've left. Hands down, you and celio have the best content in the game. It's really a shame that PTCG is so niche, you'd be easily 100k subs in for pretty much any video game lol

I was playing it with melony and arceus with Raidant blastoise + gloves worked okay but struggled with tina which is why i dropped it 😭
Alright these budget videos are pretty cool! I’m new to PTCG and I actually don’t know how to deck build. Videos like these are super helpful! If possible, if your time permits of course, do you think you’d be able to make a video teaching new players how to deck build in a more in depth way? If you already have a video like this I apologize 😅 you’ve both made me a fan of yours and a fan of the game in one video!!
It's something I've considered just need the time to sit down and work out all the ins and outs! Once uni is out the way will see what i can do 🙌

I've made my own version based on this deck and I'm gonna take it to local LGC tournaments and try it out, regardless, it seems fun to play and that's all I care deep down. Thanks for sharing your thought process and deck construction :D

What gold sleeve covers do you use?
With Paldea Evolved, Giacomo could be a good shout to deal with those pesky special energies. That has helped me a lot in games against my partner using Fusion Strike Mew, especially against Meloetta's attack that multiplies with each Fusion Strike Energy in play!

@@BurtsPTCG Have now tested this in the online version- it does hold up even against Shadow Rider Giratina/lost box variants as well as the other heavy hitters. I may well take this to the Portland Regionals and see how the Happy Fat Guy does…aiming for a Top 16-32 finish; if nothing else, blowing people’s minds with Snorlax is loads of fun!

@@BurtsPTCG Has serious challenges against Dialga/Magneton and Miraidon decks because they’re so fast with big heavies.
Lost Box it’s a definite winner, and Arkanine it tends to make whine and cringe. Gardevoir ex is 50-50 or so, and Spidops it generally clobbers.
Rogue decks have always been my favorite decks due to how cheaply you can make them! Good work

@BurtsPTCG getting them to work in the first place is the first challenge 😂 so many decks of mine have hit the bin because there's just no synergy

Im definitely gunna run this video back when rotation hits but will probably be after Euic so i can see how the Western meta shapes up! But out of the gate having a good lost box matchup seems important, dark is good cause it hits garde and mew for weakness too! So that seems like the obvious starting point :)

I'm on the fence on whether i should build a single prize wo-chien deck to counter the zard meta at a league cup this weekend or if I just make my walking wake more consistent. Leaning towards the wake since it's consistent against things like chien pao already.

So if you activate the vstar ability on the active and have a vstar on bench even if they knock the active one the effect sticks? Would cammo leaf poncho help with gusting effects in this deck? How could it be upgraded with the rotation coming up this month? BTW I love anti meta decks.
It doesn't have to be in the active, just in play :) and i haven't given this Deck much thought post rotation but it only loses quick ball and evolution insence off the top of my head :)
This vid is hype! Although being honest if you have to pay shipping of all the x4 staples price us going to up a bit. Also for some reason the cheapest cards on market are in german😂
Aha shipping can be annoying true but a lot of lgs's I have visited will price match cardmarket (or like 1.25x it) then you can bob and weave the shipping costs! 🙌 Or buy the cards from friends at cardmarket prices works too 🙌 I live in the EU so playing with German cards is legal for me luckily! Appreciate your support tho my friend!

Erm cardmarket is decent if your in eu, Pokedecks now sell singles, jgc collectables or like tcg player if your in the states :)
When u see the meta decks turn around 100$ for the most expensive, that's sign of a fair and healthy tcg (s/o YGO and his decks around 1000 bucks)

Please can you do something similar post rotation? Whilst the thought process is good for building decks from first principles, I don't want to be encouraging new players to pick up cards that rotate in a few weeks.

I don't think this Deck is playable in this format unfortunately so i would look at my snorlax cherrim deck video or Zoroark Box video for q new budget deck :)
