  • In this episode, Thomas explores the concept of Ancestral Healing - a way of attuning with our ancestors and integrating the information they’ve passed down through our family histories. We inherit wisdom and resilience from our ancestors, as well as trauma and pain. Thomas explains the need to incorporate all of these aspects into ourselves so that we can draw strength from our ancestral data flow when we need it, and learn from their wounds and transgressions in order to release ourselves and our families from patterns that no longer serve us.
    Key Points:
00:24 Decentralizing the focus of hyper-individualism
04:52 Our bodies carry ancestral data
    08:20 Trauma is generationally transmitted
11:55 Exploring the difficult parts of the past
14:38 Liquefying the past is personal development

I enjoy your podcasts Thomas and thank you for your insights and knowledge. I am a social worker and see the impact of intergenerational trauma on a daily basis and this helps me understand what people are going through.

It’s so true we don’t heal our line of ancestors systems we will not find Peace if we refuge to back and speak about it . I pray my Brothers sisters that they acknowledge revisits of their act of cores during my beloved Belated Parent whilst they were still alive 😢😢I really Pray that I keep internal Peace and Happiness for what they have give. Me best childhood memories even though they had struggled hardships back days…

Your gifts and the wounds...I have your book and find that whenever I am in your presence I am in a trance like mood where learning is so easy...you use what you know and teach it as you yourself apply it.

Since November 2020 I was only busy to understand what my ancestors wanted me to understand about the war in my borne country. I still don’t have an answer still know there is a message for the people. May be one day I will know.💕🕊

Thank you, Thomas. I hear the essence of Ancestral Healing Journey Corse in this podcust. Listening to this podcast ignites more inner learning, more "aha, that's what it is, that is what I sense!" kind of moments in me.
