Something to do with how cramped IS turret in general, but at the same time US T34 and M103 still have long reload despite massive turret and 2 loader which should've faster reload

Same for 5.3/5.7 and 6.7. That's why I don't enjoy the Kingtiger anymore for an example. You mostly face 7.7 and even if you face 6.7 is there more than enough HEAT FS flying around which makes your armor obsolete. Next to that are there nowadays way more more manouverable and faster tanks to gain Map control. The Kingtiger isn't slow for a tank of it's size and weight but not fast enough to keep up with that map control. It feels like higher b.r heavies have become obsolete nowadays. You can get good matches but it comes down to luck most of the time and you can't play them as you used to.

Me in my 6.7 Super Pershing trying to do smth against a fucking Maus. Removing Full uptiers would make Que times longer, but I think its fair to say that most players would gladly wait 2 more minutes just to get a more fair game experience.

@@Teh0X even if you down a proper line up by having 7.7 8 of 10 games you have will be full uptier, cuz for gaijin 7.7 means 8.0-8.3 theres is literally nothing you can do to control uptiers, you can only reduce the amount of time you have it, at most.
@@Nerobiolmao the super Pershing can pen the 180mm side hull even with APHE that pens over 220mm and you get APCR that pens over 300mm you can easily aim For the hull ammo and 1 shot them, try to do that in the T-44 hope you have APCR unlocked and if you’re not within 300m it is physically impossible to even get a pen even when completely level and perpendicular. Super Pershing is practically easy mode

Prior to volumetric, you could've easily killed the IS-3 with something as weak as the 75mm sherman from the front. Shot-trap right under the gun barrel. Even in arcade, the aim indicator showed red. You had to use your skills to shot-trap it and kill it. But now, that's basically impossible to do. This might sound surprising, but as a russian main, that played the IS-3 a lot, i prefered it that way. Because,if i died to APHE from the front, i knew that it was because the enemy had the knowledge to defeat me, not because he got lucky with volumetric. Same with me shooting them. If i shot correctly, i would get a kill, if i messed up my shot, i would not get the kill. But now, it feels like random chance if you pen a weakspot or not. The prime example of this is the panther's gun sight. Yes, 122mm cannons can pen the upper front plate, but not all tanks have a 122mm. And if you don't have APHE to smack the cupola, your only option to kill a panther from the front with solid shot is to shoot the gun sight. And there, sometimes you pen, sometimes you don't.
i recently played the is4m and idk i had too much fun and wasnt really frustrated in uptiers and could easily bounce 2 to 3 shots every game if not more
I played IS-4M recently full uptier in eastern europe i just flanked the whole enemy team and got 12 kills and even got a nuke but couldn’t reach on time i think you just need to avoid being in the open when your in uptier and just suprise the enemy when you can almost every shot you take it’s a oneshot so yea.

WE CONEKTED (PS I just saw today if you want that the Italian SIDAM can pen with its HE (7mm of pen) a T-80UK front turret. Idk how but it worked and I killed the guy's commander, breach and then it's shooter)

IS-4M is either amazing fun or horrible suffering. I remember in my very first game with it way back, I got my barrel shot out with nowhere to repair. Sat for SEVERAL minutes with 5+ enemies plinking off my armor from point blank range until an M46 rolled up with HEAT.
I think the conqueror is fairly decent as well - the apds has great flat pen, but pretty pad post pen damage(it’s a 120mm anyway). The reload isn’t that long though and the armour is pretty good
but hey at least it will absolutely seal clubbing full low tier right? said guy who constantly got full up tier 24/7 and very satisfied to kill bullied tank when I finally got same BR as those (sh*t)
I actually like playing in uptiers. See those arrogant fools taken down a full rank. I also am currently upgrading my IS4M. She's still not her best at the moment but im sure she would be awesome when upgraded.
Whenever I play the soviet heavies, just carry 10 rounds. Whatever u don't one shot, consider urself dead so 10 rounds, 10 kills. Ur reload is nearly half a minute long it takes a while to finish more than 10 rounds (if u live long enough to finish 10 rounds) if u play well in a heavy tank u should have at least 1 cap to sit on and load more shells should u need it.
Depressingly long repair times like this were why in my squads one guy would run the heavy and another would bring a cheap milk truck to serve as the heavy's maintenance support company.
Only looking at tanks (since planes use a slightly different reload mechanic), we got the 38cm Sturmmörser "Sturmtiger" with a base reload of 52 seconds. At 2 crew, that reload doubles to a whooping 1 minute and 44 seconds. Considering the armor, that isn't bad by itself, just annoying. However, the Sturmtiger has the added difficulty that you can actually shoot out the breech through the launcher/barrel, which will immediately cook off the ammunition. Fun times for all!

Simple: make a proper lineup don't spawn the chunky heavy in uptiers. Unfortunately Jumbo and Tiger I players won't never understand it.
