for those who can't understand Telugu, here's what is being said .. take rice powder 1kg, boil it in lots of water and make starch solution... mix it into 10 to 15 litres of water... then crush 250 grams soap nuts (Reetha) and add to some water separately... also dissolve 250 grams of hing into this water.. boil it to make it dissolve easily.. add this water to the 15 litres... if this solution is sprayed using sprayer onto tomato, other vegetable plants say at 10 am, then after 4 to 5 hours in the sun, all pests (mealy bugs, white flies, sap sucking insects, aphids, worm larvae etc) will get killed and drop to the ground by evening... If some pests remain, spray once more for maximum effect.. these dead pests and spray solution then become nutrition and like an antibiotic for the plants... after doing this once, you'll see posts reinfesting the plants after 3 days or so... then boil neem leaves and spray with the decoction.. after this no pests will touch the plants for at least 15 days or so... repeat every fortnight for best effect... without spending a single rupee, farmer can protect his crop even better than chemical pesticides can...

Buy it from wholesale shops. In Hyderabad you get it at Begum Bazaar. Around ₹200/Kg, I think. You need to buy the solid blocks resin type and not the powdered ones used for cooking purposes.
