That hill was made to be trained on
I'm new to cadence, have to form one. My fastest 5k time is 5.2k at 21 minutes. I want to learn the bekele cadence but may take long time. I'm beginner here and only doing running for fighting sports. Couldn't hurt to get good at running too?
