Tip for New Foster Parents: Visual Schedules!

Recently, I asked a community of experienced foster and adoptive parents what advice they would give to new foster parents. Many of them talked about the importance of visual schedules.
Visual schedules or charts can be used to address a number of things, from behavior charts to chore charts and more. In this video, I'm talking about daily routines. They help kids understand what to expect, which is very important for those who are coming into a new home environment with trauma backgrounds.
