Thank you for sharing your country and its beautiful culture. A lot of people don't know about Comoros and its culture. Please, continue to do more videos about your country. Please, next time also try to explain what's happening in the video. We can just see people dancing at what we assume is a wedding or engagement party. It would help if you could explain what the event is.
The name of the village is "Ndroini", It's in Comoros, in the Indian Ocean, in the Mozambique channel, between Madagascar and Africa. Thank you for the comment
It's also a traditional fabric here. Comoros is not far from Somalia. The Comorian cultural fabrics are very similar to the neighboring countries', Tanzania, Kenya, Djibouti, Somalia.... Etc
@ishmaelmuhamed8027 because at some point some of your ancestors decided to migrate to our country between the 5th and 9th century. It's been apart of our culture ever since. Merchants traded goods here which is why a lot of East African countries have similarities. I personally grew up thinking it was typically comorian until I grew and discovered it originated from East African country and yes your are our neighbours even though you aren't the closest.
Thanks for showing our beautiful Islands culture to the world. Keep up the good work.
