I've made a question wondering if Atkspd buff could affect her tornado skill during the anniversary banner. Now knowing that it does, I love it even more.
She inflicts Levitate first, and then the damage comes. So, every hit on her S3 includes the talent effect. Which is still not much, but good to know HG didn't make a design flaw.
If you’re doing it for meta terms, I highly advise you reconsider because she’s absolutely not as broken as Taxes is. If you’re doing it for personal reasons, then I wish you good luck! Want to note though that they’re 6 months apart, so you could save up pulls in between.
This is Integrated Strategies, a rougelite gamemode where with certain drops, you can hasten your unit's aspd. Each of Ho'olheyak's tornadoes still hit one enemy, its just that since her aspd is very high, she can just spam them non stop to basically stunlock the enemy until theyre dead. Also Core casters being able to hit multiple enemies at once isnt a new thing.
@@prometheus1815 thanks man. New here. I have no idea what chars do what. Once i used this guard blonde dude as support in a level , deployed him in front of the enemy right where the enemies were leaking and he just stood there reading newspaper and the enemies' went through.
@@kallenlivesmatter3229 he’s mlynar alright, he’s only strong when you wair for his trait and use his skill, normally, he would just stand there menacingly to taunt the enemies
@@kallenlivesmatter3229 mlynar is also at "EX" tier because once u have him fully charged with his passive he does the most physical damage in the game.
@@kallenlivesmatter3229 Mlynar is a beast. Once his skill bar fills, you can make him put his book down and he will murderize everything in range, then go back to his book. Not very much can survive him attacking... But the getting him to attack bit takes time and planning.
