🌿 Beautiful village! 🌱
Ah thank you! Just had a nose at your channel and you're on another level, amazing work you've done
@@PampaPampa- Thank you very much! You are very creative aswell!
Would be fun to do a co-op build together if you're ever interested
Wow, that's incredible!! The roadways, decoration, and differing styles of neighborhoods make Rumhampshire feel very realistic. Beautiful build, will definitely be borrowing a few ideas!
Thank you mam, really appreciate it! And borrow whatever you like, more than welcome!
This is so amazing! I can't believe people can decorate to this extent! I'm on console and either it's cooked or just my game is because I can't rotate or hold items for long 😅 so no decorating for me. Hopefully it's fixed in the next update!
Seriously thought, this is crazy impressive. Can't imagine how long it took hah. Well done!
Thanks so much, really appreciate it! That's not good, when you say you can't hold stuff for long is it because of a bug or something? The next update is very close apparently so hopefully not too much of a wait now.
Thank you truly for sharing. I consider myself to be somewhat creative, but I honestly cannot fathom doing what you did here. The coming together of your eyes and your brain is amazing. Human creativity never ceases to amaze. I do always wonder when I see stuff like this, is what is the creative planing process. Is there literal designs drawn out on paper or in a program, or at least notes and ideas? Do you pick a spot and ever so slowly creep out from there, or pick multiple places and have it trickle all together? I have to imagine there’s also some destroy and rebuild to get the spacing just right. But again, amazing job. And thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much, really appreciate your comment and support!
To answer your questions, I had wanted to do an island walled city/town so I'd pinpointed the big main island as where I was going to do it.
To start with I built a temporary town on the river bank by the cave. This was always going to get knocked down so all of the buildings were placed as conveniently as possible with no regard for aesthetic. This was just to unlock everything as fast as possible. Once everything was unlocked I then started to blueprint on the island itself and slowly transition everything over to the island and dismantled the temporary town.
In terms of planning, it was a case of looking at the natural features of the island and anything I could build around. I knew I wanted to build a road through the middle of the island and replicate the smaller maple circle I'd built in Shadynasty. Then, I found the biggest maple that was most central and started to build around that.
After that, I was just building where it made sense, trying to keep everything following the natural flow of the terrain to guide where I built so it doesn't end up in just 'blocks'.
Once I'd got most of the buildings down, I then saw that I hadn't got close to the building limit, so looked to expand onto the second island and on the river bank. The river bank was always going to be farmland because it's perfect for it, flat and expansive.
The advice I always give with games like this is to not be afraid of tearing something down if it doesn't feel quite right to you or if you suddenly have a better idea. Doesn't matter if I've spent hours building it, if I have a better idea or just doesn't feel quite right, it comes down. The whole point for me is to build something I like and replicate the vision I have in my head so I just can't accept if it doesn't look right, everything has to be perfect in my eyes!
Hope that helps but more than happy to answer/discuss anything else you're curious about!
fantastic :)
Thanks, appreciate it!
Wow! Amazing! Best I've seen! Thanks for sharing!
Bro thank you so much, appreciate it and you're welcome, got plenty more on the way.
Amazing village. I really enjoyed your sharing it. Thank you.

Thank you Kath! Glad you like it 😊
Amazing 😍
Thank you Maud 😊
Very beautiful!
Thank you, appreciate the love!
Amazing. Now I have to tear down my village 😂 I am at the waterfall and I will stay there but I now have new ideas
Haha tearing down your town and rebuilding is the best bit! I still haven't built at the waterfall yet but would love to see what you've come up with!
Cant believee it took me 8 days to discover this!!! Rumhampshire is fantastic!!!
Yeah where were you?! 😂 thanks so much, really appreciate it.
This is Epic
Well done :)
Thank you mate, appreciate it!
That’s an awesome work! I keep the video and will use some of the ideas as an inspiration for my village for sure 😉
Thank you mate, appreciate it. Let me know how you get on!
uau
Thanks Joeareia!!
Wow, this is beautiful. Did you use any mods or is this the total building limit?
Thank you! No mods, don't think there are any, really, unfortunately. This was on PC, so I set the build limit to 140 and used up 139 for this build.
Great how do u make the gates or dorways covered with green leafes?
They're only available on PC currently until the console update comes out which should be soon hopefully! If you're on PC then they're under trellises under furniture & decorations.
i love this so much i watchedthe whole vid 5 times. isthere any way that i can download the savegame so ican play onit?
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it so much! I have thought about it but I haven't made it available, but I may do at some point in the future. I'll make a post about it on my socials if/when I do.
@@PampaPampa- that would ba a dream love ur work sooo much. One question how long did it take u to get sooooo many rocks?
Once you've unlocked iron tools/weapons there isn't really a need to mine copper or tin except for a few things so all the excavation goes into stone. If you set up 3-4 mines have 3 just purely on iron and the other + excavation sheds on stone you'll be drowning in both. On my current build I think I'm carrying over 15k stone in my inventory 😂
@@PampaPampa- daam thanks for the tip im trying to figure it all out ur really helping me
No worries man!
Is this a different map? I don’t have any of these spots
I'm playing the steam version on the oxbow map, I'm guessing you're probably on console or gamepass? If so you won't have access to this map yet but there's an update coming out imminently which is bringing them up to speed with the steam version.
