I made this tonight for my family butI added a few ingredients that we all love and have to say its a new family fav! I added pitted Kalamata olives, Roma tomato cut into bite sized chunks, chopped fresh baby spinach and chopped cucumber. Delish! Thank you for sharing this recipe.
Ooh, my husband would get the wrong idea, too. 😂 I love your sense of humor! Can’t wait to try this salad and am looking forward to getting your cookbook.
Love the mint, dill and the ice trick with the spinner is fancy indeed. 👏👌 Will have to try this one myself, thank you! Today I tried it with honey mustard and Tabasco, pickles, lil tomato, even grated some of the lemon's zest in with the juice. Mouthwatering indeed! I'm tired of the same old boring flavorless lettuce salad, I like these new recipes! 🙏👍 Blue cheese and garlic croutons will be the next step. 🤗😛
It's not Greek. Lettuce salad is with cucumber, spring onions, olive oil and wine vinegar with dill. This is the American version. We don't use feta cheese or mint!
I make this without the ice. I just pop the lettuce into the freezer whilst chopping the herbs and preparing the dressing then chop the lettuce last before tossing. It's always crisp.🥬🍋
Mustard, honey, lemon juice + zest, Tabasco, black pepper, salt, soy sauce. Poured on lettuce, tomato and pickles. Crumble some blue cheese and garlic croutons on top... 👌🤗 Make it your own, always experiment with fresh new ideas & flavors. 💪👍
I love your recipes but I’m gonna go off topic…..you have the MOST beautiful skin! Either you’re using some kind of filter or you’ve been blessed with truly stunning skin. Please, sunscreen is your friend! Love your channel!
No Feta or Mint in a Greek Lettuce Salad. It maybe nice but not traditional Greek. Lettuce salad is Lettuce, Spring Onions, Cucumber, Dill, wine vinegar, olive oil and salt to taste. Mint is more Eastern and hardly used in Greek cuisine, there's only certain dishes that we use it in.
Maroulosalata is a lettuce salad from Greece made with finely chopped romaine, fresh herbs, creamy feta, and a lemony dressing. Who's trying it?!
I am definitely trying it! So simple!

I need a salad spinner in my life. Yummy I'll make this tomorrow.😊
Thanks for sharing! From Turkiye, I know we share a lot of food but didn't know about this, even the name is so similar haha "Marul Salata"
This will be my lunch next week.
Honestly I could eat this daily so refreshing 😋
I am from Greece. Never had this salad with feta cheese and mint leaves but I'll try it.
Definitely! Especially mint!
Fed up when they use "Feta" and call it "Greek Style"
I'm a purest and maintain True Traditional Greek Cuisine.
@@annaagiantritis3916 That's what I was thinking. By adding feta everything becomes Greek style while we might not have eaten these dishes at all
We just spent a week in Athens! Greek food is flavor party!!! 🎉
Every fave ingredient is in this salad! My new "to go" meal!❤
Ooh, my husband would get the wrong idea, too. 😂 I love your sense of humor! Can’t wait to try this salad and am looking forward to getting your cookbook.

That's a great hack, thank you! 🙏😘 Reminds me of adding some grated zest. 😉
The ice situation would be a pain in the butt to me, but I get why you did it.
Yummy 😋
Can we add honey to the lemon vinaigrette?

What kind of mint? Peppermint, spearmint? Does it matter? Can I use what kind I prefer? Lol, it has always bothered me to know which.
Nobody cooks with peppermint
Love your recipes, but please edit the clips a bit more.
I use dill every single day!

As a man im sorry but my mind went the other way im sorry 😊
Your recipes look delicious. I am suggesting though, that you pull your hair back and secure it when making a cooking video.
Just curious. Why? She's in her home kitchen preparing food for her family. It's not going out to a paying guest in a restaurant.
True, she is. However, to me all that hair is just too much to be preparing food and it's unappetizing.
