Today you will be seeing me provide one of my clients with our regular property cleanup service, specifically mowing down the overgrown grass and weeds. This property has been overlooked for over two years now with hardly any maintenance done to it. Upon arrival, I estimated the length of the weeds to be on average 4ft high. Most of the grass was taken over by clover. Per customer request, I ended up mulching all the weeds and grass so finely that they were barely noticeable after the service. I am not sure what the owner has planned to do on this property, but for now we will be making sure the weeds do not grow as high as they were anymore.

Hi, Fill! Wow! That was a monster lot to mow! Tall weeds, thick weeds, dead weeds, low areas, and bare areas. You tackled it well and showed it who was boss. Now that the property is clean, it might catch the eye of a potential home builder. Great job and great video!

I got the same toro time master 30 inch electric start. I am going to change the back wheel to a commercial 30 inch wheel so the tyres won"t spin when the grass is wet. Commercial 30 inch wheel got good traction on the wet.
Got the 21 inch self propelled and good on the wet lawn.

I would like to make a suggestion. Get one of those apps where you an identify plants, because it looked like you were cutting down MEDICINE. The big leafy looking "weed" appears to be mullein, which is extremely beneficial. It would be a nice little segment to pick "weeds" and explain them and show how to use them. Just a suggestion and you're welcome
