My code: using System.Collections; using System.Collections.Generic; using UnityEngine; public class Forloops : MonoBehaviour { public string[] myl=new string[] {"Lala","Hanzla","revolver","Tower" }; void Start() { for (int i = 0; i < myl.Length; i++) { Debug.Log("Name="+myl[i]); } } }
Can't find on internet, is there any kind of difference in the methods below when writing an array: public string[] studentsNames = new string[] { "sdf", "21313", "@#!@" }; public string[] studentsNames = { "sdf", "dfsfw3e", "sdfaewiefiijfisfj;" }; Note: I tried both of them but didn't see any difference.
@@FarhanAqeel I tried both of them one by one and both works. I used this, public string[] studentsNames = { "sdf", "dfsfw3e", "sdfaewiefiijfisfj;" }; in java and c# & java has very much similarity in syntax so I tried the java syntax and it works. I also tried yours, public string[] studentsNames = new string[] { "sdf", "21313", "@#!@" }; which is the kind of c# syntax, I've searched on the net to confirm what is kind of the official way of writing an array in c# and it the syntax you showed us. If u can try both line of codes on your system, I would be thankful. Just for confirmation!

try copying both syntax in the code and you might see an error.
