HOW TO SET GOALS FOR THE NEW YEAR | Reflecting on the past year | Creating a vision board for 2022

If you struggle setting goals and creating a vision for the new year. This video may help you structure some clear and concise goals.
First I am looking at the passed year, what went well, what didn't. I am then doing some other research such asking the people closest to me what they think of the person I am by describing me in just 3 words.
I then made the first vision board I have ever done. I feel like the visions speak well to me and I am excited about aiming to achieve them.
