Memória efetiva é a memória total que pode ser usada. O que não significa que ela vai usar tudo. Clock de memória e VRAM trabalham lado a lado. A frequência efetiva pouco importa para gamers, na verdade.

I used to get similar frame rates on similar settings with Intel's Iris XE chipset. I have a 3050 now. For a non gaming chip it did good.

750ti still have drivers supports cause its using the same architecture than gtx 900 series. They should have named it 940ti
