What’s your thoughts after getting the game?
The audio becomes excessively loud when it switches to just game sound--otherwise, solid review.

I tried it out, its really good, I recommend picking it up
This is a very nice and in depth review! Great job SwitchUp! Although I think I'm not going to buy this game, I am not a fan of traditional fighting games and also I'm not familiar with any of the series mentioned

The 2nd game of the series I enjoyed a lot on my old good Nintendo GameCube and I play mostly with Link from the legend of Zelda 😄 it’s a shame that after that no prequels came out on the Nintendo consoles

Super Smash Bros is my favorite, hands down. I was never very good at the Street Fighter type fighting games, whereas the Smash style I am pretty solid at. If I had to pick a more standard fighter series, I've always enjoyed Dead or Alive and Soul Calibur.

love it that RWBY is in there though during the non fighting area/ chibi character area, i am not liking the camera movements. i agree that the price is pretty premium n is a publicity stun. the battle itself is good but for that price, n $$$ dlc... yea it hv potential but for me personally, i would probably enjoy other similar ones for a cheaper price.. saving up for smash bros
love the game. i have said it before.... that fluid animation is so good. especially on 2-D fighters. there seems to be an audio issue on my game. the announcer's voice is incredibly louder than anyone else's or even the music and sound. i tried changing in settings but theres no real option to single out just that voice. i wonder if anyone else has experienced this. i don't really mind the DLC. at this point in video games i expected it. As far as fighting games i am REALLY looking forward to Blade Strangers. comes out in August i think. maybe september. very excited about that. of course i am a street fighter fan and the neo geo fighters are a classic addition to any fighting game fan's collection. particularly Last Blade. oh the memories. cheers!

I love this game. I used to play this one back when I went to college and smacked the game room dudes up. And I love the game so I got the switch version.
I’m my opinion, the story mode was enjoyable. I really liked the voice acting. Dunno, loved the way every character engaged with the “moderator”, btw, the moderator wasn’t even that annoying to hear, she was a fun announcer. Overall, I enjoyed this game, even if I just new Ruby and Wise.
This looks really good and the multiplayer is really nudging me but for the price I can’t :/ gonna wait for a sale

SwitchUp yea I’ve been browsing the eShop I’ve seen some good ones, can’t wait for the future of fighting games on the switch. Easily my fave genre of games. Not to mention the J.eShop has some good fighting games too. More so in fact.

Seen it on sale 75% off for 4.80 watched Blazblue anime n enjoyed it plus bonus because fighting games are my niche
Well, I got the toned down, non-dlc version which is $20. The version with all the DLC is $50 dollars. Just as a heads up.
Also, ended up getting the toned down one with 20 characters for only $4.80 so thats a steal for me

Cross Tag Battle is just really really bad if you like Blazblue the mainline series, because it's not got the Technical Mode of the older games. That alone kills it for people who like the traditional Technical mode
R-w-b-y is just pronounced as ruby not as an acronym

blazblu games have had great gameplay. I prefer the fast paced fighters like that over fighters like street fighter or tekken. And putting in the characters from persona makes it just that much better, don't know much about RWBY or the other series that's included but they look fun enough. Great review all in all, keep up the good work guys
