Rika can literally use positive curse energy, how do you think she's able to use RCT on Yuta's cleaved body? She's not a curse spirit made up of negative energy, she's born out of pure love which is positive curse energy. That's why she's called the Queen of Curses, because she can basically kill any curse that doesn't understand positive CE since her love beams are exactly that, pure positive energy. So I'd argue that hitting her with a petronis (?) would empower her, not kill her. Whether you think Yuta wins or loses to Dumbledore is whatever, but be careful so as to not misinform others with your claims. The whole positive energy thing you kept repeating only works on fodder curse spirits who can't use RCT on their own. I don't think it's a strong argument. You could find a better argument than that. Also, the "death curse" works on "living things". Saying it would work on spirits, "curse" spirits to be exact, is a long stretch as well. They aren't living beings, just incarnations of negative emotions that embody said emotions as curses to the "living". So by principle, the death curse is useless against them. It's no different from trying to nuke a curse or shoot or stab it with regular human weapons that normally would "kill" any living being.
@Allons-Y-04 I don't agree with that either but it's whatever, I'm probably wrong. Also, did you make it equal stats or just equal speed? Because I know a lot of JJK characters simply scale higher than Dumbledore in terms of AP and durability. Who's to say that certain spells would even do much of any damage? Also, if human wizards can dodge Avada Kadevra, then Rika could as well. I don't think JJK characters would just stand there and get hit.

That was the weirdest matchup I have seen up to this point, still I think that technicaly it would be less than 50% for Dumbledore to survive Sukuna, since he can send slashes without moving or speaking(his slashes aren't paper cuts too, you have to keep that in mind, unless sukuna is like tired or sum shi like that) and Sukuna would know that a op ahh magic wizard was coming after him, because of Dumbledoor fighting other opponents. W vid Edit: I realised that his equvilant of positive energy won't work on rika, since she can use it herself without killing herself AND there can also be a discussion about whether maho needs to die normally or does he have to be completely eviscerated, because he kinda died a few times in shibuya, but he got back up(also he is hella durable so a single spell may not harm him that badly). With Mahoraga it's a rule that if you don't kill it with a first use of attack, it will adapt to it so HE MIGHT BE COOKING.

Reason why Dubleore isnt getting past anyone in second grade: 1) They can easily protect their souls with cursed energy against adabra cedabra ( Nanami vs Mahito fight) 2)They are able to catch bullets point blank (Maki cathing Mais bullets) 3)Protego is very weak spell that can protect you just from regular fightning spells (Mentioned by Fred or George when they told Harry about things they are selling to ministry)
1) is waffle. Nanami's was subconscious and even then it was weak. If any sorcerer could do that then Mahito would never have been a problem... also being able to protect ur soul changes nothing about how Avada Kedavra will affect you. It is instant death when it touches you without exception (unless ur name is Harry Potter lol) 2) Speed irrelevant cus i thought it was boring lol (but yeah) 3) I never said protego. I said defensive magic, of which there are many more powerful forms at which Dumbledore is the most proficient user of.
I don't think you can just say "I upscale Dumbledore, so speed isn't an issue", because you can't upscale him to the characters that boost their speed by CT. You want to figure out who's a better sorcerer? Upscale then Dumbledore to base Naoya and see him being one-shotted by projection sorcery. Maki is the same example. She was able to see and dodge world cutting slashes, so dodging some spells won't be an issue for her. If you want to upscale Dumbledore all the way to Maki, it would be like giving Dumbledore heavenly restriction. Of course he'll win with such ability
@@Allons-Y-04 i didn't say you can't upscale him. You can upscale his speed to a special grade level, but upscaling him further would be just pointless. To nullify the difference in speed completely, Dumbledore has to use his magic. If you take just Dumbledore and put him against Naoya without his CT, Naoya will wipe the floor with him, so you have to upscale him to the point that THIS match-up will be even. Upscaling him to the point that he can casually fight against Naoya with projection sorcery would be just glazing and nothing more. Dumbledore has to overcome the remaining speed gap BY HIMSELF, and if he can't, that means that Naoya's sorcery is better
@ oh I understand that for sure and despite Dumbledore having counters to projection sorcery, he would need prior info to use them. So I agree projection sorcery is a massive trip up for him… although if we scale him to special grade speed he should be faster than normal Naoya even with PS cus Yuta deadass outpaced Naoya
@@Allons-Y-04 Naoya was stopped by Choso, and how can you say that Yuta outpaced Naoya while Yuta was relative to Yuji in speed, and in the same chapter Naoya literally perception blitzed Yuji? And it wasn't even his full speed
Dumbledore froze Harry without speaking, so it might be possible to apply a similar effect to other unsuspecting JJK sorcerers. At least to inhibit movement. Imagine what he could do with the Elder Wand.
He should go and ask Inumaki what happened to him the last time he did that. Harry is not a Sukuna or a Gojo. Y'all say "verse equalisation" and then proceed to favour one side without debating how such an ability would function in JJK's established system.
Dumbledore is not dodging a bullet, and well even Maki in season 1 were able to catch a bullet shot from a revolver point blank, and that's S1 Maki, she's slower than even Nanami at that point, and both of them were blitzed by Jogo, who later were blitzed by Sukuna and Gojo, what I am saying is that Dumbledore is not making it past top 30. Strength is also wild, JJK characters would be able to literally grab the old man and throw him so far that he actually ends up being in China. But even if you upscale Dumbledore, JJK character's techniques might be not as versatile but definitely more AOE type, also do not forget about RCT.
@@Allons-Y-04 Gojo can also just teleport using his sorcery. haven't watched the entire video yet so dunno if you put him against Gojo but yea he ain't making it pass Sukuna or Gojo
Most spells that travel to the target would be stopped by Infinity, but Sectumsempra is a slashing spell that hits the target directly and instantly with no travel time, and Harry just testing the spell on a whim almost killed Draco, so Dumbledore would be able to hurt Gojo pretty badly. Gojo's Reverse Curse would definitely fix those slashes right up, but being able to hurt him at all is much more than most cross-verse characters can do to him.
No Kenjaku mentioned? Also most characters would just kill dumbledore when he says words for his spells, since chants are very common in jjk. Even Jogo could kill him upon seeing him prepare a spell? Most jjk characters can deploy attacks in less than a second, and dumbledore is definitely not surviving an attack from anyone near special grade/high grade 1. Have you read JJK by the way?
@ the cast time for magic isn’t affected by physical stats, and assuming reaction time is still the same JJK characters could easily hit an attack before him. And if you’re going to make an argument that they wouldn’t use domain expansion then what’s the argument for dumbledore using the killing curse from the jump? If we assume both characters understand the abilities of the other then domain would immediately be used (not that it would even be necessary). And if neither of them understand then there’s no way dumbledore is starting with a killing curse and he just gets one shot.
There are some cartoon sorcerers with insane hax, Star Butterfly has death hax and magic that can spin a planet like a top, and Susie McCallister has some pretty powerful transmutation magic. Jentry Chau vs the Underworld is coming out next week, so you could probably expect Jentry would get some powerful magic. Emperor Belos is also a big one, although I haven't finished TOH so I don't know the extent of his power.
Let me just say I’m kind of shocked how well JJK could be set in a HP setting. Soul manipulating tactics, positive emotions defeating beings of pure negativity, barriers protecting schools, some of the most powerful beings is an evil dude who came back from the dead because of said soul manipulating tactics but started losing his power/control each time one of them was “separated” from him, the technical strongest of the series dies near the end, evil dudes killed by high schoolers that were essentially the one weakness to them, opposing schools, and saying certain things can cause certain affects. It’s not perfect but I’d see a sort of HP-like AU of it.
This is an actually interesting and awesome debate, most people just use really unoriginal or boring matchups. Please do Voldemort on the next one! Scaling on him is very rare.
Perhaps the fight with Sukuna should be more on Dumbledor's favor. A Protego with the Elder Wand might do stop Sukuna's attacks... except if cleave/dismantle adapts to the energy as it is meant to do. Keep in mind, Dumbledore has extreme reaction time. He has shown this when disappearing from his Headquarters when the Ministry of Magic sought to expel him, confounding every Ministry member at once and disappearing in the blink of the eye. If one wants to argue they were unprepared, Dumbledore easily has an upper hand on Voldemort, meaning he's faster/more far-seeing. Voldemort's own speed scaling is best seen when he battled Slughorn, McGonagall, and Kinsley simultaneously, the latter who has had his own great speed feats overcoming multiple opponents at once as a high-profile Auror, and the others being high profile teachers, particularly McGonagall. Therefore, if you add to Dumbledore speed to be somewhat relative, then the pure reaction, might give him an edge.
I don't agree. Maki would absoloutely demolish Dumbledore due to her speed alone. Her hypersonic movement is too much for Dumbledore. Nobody in HP comes even close to such speeds, so before he will be able to use his spell Maki will slice him to pieces with her soul splitting Katana. Unless you believe that Dumbledore will have a viewing point where he will be able to see Maki from like 30km away so he has time to prepare xD Sukuna and Gojo absolutely obliterate Dumbledore. Gojo due to obvious reasons, and Sukuna due to him dismantles that are invisible and also too fast for Dumbledore to dodge.
To think JJK has been slammed as being a weaker animeverse .... and even Harry Potter Dumbledore have a chance... so why not Dumbledore facing the ENTIREVERSE?
It's funny how in every crossverse battle gojo is likelly to be the only one survivng or even possiblly winning because he is carried of his infinity the sheild and domain the attack Inside his verse even without his ct he can still be top 3 But in crossverse carried by infinity and barelly winning
Wait a minute jujutsu Kaisen and Harry Potter are so similar. Also, if Gilda were to get a wand using the size he would be able to get on Dumbledore level. He has perfect due to the six eyes
I would like to point out that sukunas cleave has insane tecnique exstention so he could damage souls matter with or without cursed energy or as we see later in the manga space. So it is very unlikely that Dumbledore could block it on short notice.

I agree that hakari’s speed feat is questionable, but sukuna i’d say is 100% at least equivalent to lightspeed in both reaction and movement speed. He’s done the feat hakari’s speed is based off of multiple times in the same fight, and was shown reacting to photons.
People forget that Harry Potter just has a spell that instantly kills you. Jjk sorcerers have a single spell that they master. A wizard like dumbledore has *thousands*

There is definitely a debate but from what I have seen of Harry potter analysis, TH-cam and reading it myself… Dumbledore is undoubtedly the strongest. Do one thing for me please... Google this: _Can avada kedavra be evaded?_ Then rethink this comment. Because if wizards can react to that and dodge, a sorcerer born with the Six Eyes (even without Infinity) is side-stepping that spell so casually.
Im sorry but 70% of the jjk verse slams Dumbledore all of the arguments for Dumbledore are hypothetical and honestly not likely and some jujutsu kaisen characters could withstand avada kedavra considering their power even with speed similar to the jjk verse he's getting bodied
Dumbledore gets stomped easily. JJK characters outscale harry potter characters massively in stats. None of the spells in harry potter can even hit the middle tiers. Id say everyone from the disaster curses onwards can beat dumbledore. He wont even be able to fight his way to the top tiers in JJK like gojo and sukuna
BTW JJK characters are most definitely NOT faster than Dumbledore. One of Voldemorts lower end speed feats is him flying from Wiltshire to Scotland which has been calculated to Mach 6.7 (if you but the Mach 3+ JJK scaling) if you but the higher scaling Voldemort has also flown across the english channel (mach 53 to mach 107). With HP as a verse having way more robust Lightning + FTL scaling than JJK. So no matter how you slice it speed isn't an issue.
@@Allons-Y-04 Fair but they can have entire airial battles with brooms and fliers reacting to each other (BTW flight is in the books too). Not to mention that even 1st year students can catch/react to the golden snitch while flying on brooms that canonicly go at 150mph. And adults can speedblitz kids and the top tiers can blitz them several times over. So Dumbledore is definitely in that mach 3+ range at absolute minimum.
@@kristof.demeter Ah yes the flight speed doesn't scale to reactions. So i guess all the people who get hit by spells while in flying battles just slow down to deliberately get hit.
@@cherechesalexdaniel811 brooms rarely ever exceed 100 miles per hour (100mph being the speed of the nimbus 1000, and it is that that the firebolt can accelerate to 150mph after 10 seconds of flight, which shouldn’t be far from its top speed), how do you scale Dumbledore to hypersonic levels from that? Just because adults can blitz those kids doesn’t scale their speed all the way to hypersonic (especially when adult wizards and even professionals quidditch players also have a hard time catching the snitch). Shooting hexes at people flying alongside you (like in the battle of 7 potters) also isn’t the same as dodging something moving at that speed. Jet fighter pilots have been doing the same thing for the past century, yet they’re not bullet timers.
@@llawliet5767 So kids (like Harry when he got it) can react to objects while fyling on brooms that get around 150mph. Characters like Mcgonagall and Bellatrix can blitz people much faster than that. The multiplyer for a speedblitz (moving faster than the others perception speed) is minimum 6.86x faster than the perception of the blitzed character. Which puts Mcgonagall at minimum 1029mph = Mach 1.34. And Voldemort can pretty effortlessly fight characters on this level at the same time and dodge their attacks, 1.34x3= Mach 4. Which is vary close to his proven minimum flught speed of mach 6.7. Not to mention that Voldemort has reacted to attacks/objects while flying so this is vary consistant. Even if you don’t buy the 3x multiplyer for fighting 3 people at once you still have to concede that Voldemort is immensely above these people (with Grindelwald outright being able to blitz Aurors who should downscale from characters on Mcgonagalls level). So no matter how you slice it Voldemort/Dumbledore would be able to easily react to anyone on CS Naoya’s level or lower.

Oh true I forgot about that… oh well. It’s a shame Avada Kedavra slams her anyway 😭
@@revenantronin8377 only speed only speed… also ur dodging argument is valid but that’s where Dumbledore being a tactical genius comes into play. People can dodge and block in HP to and yet if they fight Dumbledore they will lose without exception
@@Allons-Y-04Voldemort describes how his soul was ripped from his body when struck with avada kedavra and considered Rika is now a shikigami without a soul it’s hard to tell if it would even work. W vid
Edit: I realised that his equvilant of positive energy won't work on rika, since she can use it herself without killing herself AND there can also be a discussion about whether maho needs to die normally or does he have to be completely eviscerated, because he kinda died a few times in shibuya, but he got back up(also he is hella durable so a single spell may not harm him that badly). With Mahoraga it's a rule that if you don't kill it with a first use of attack, it will adapt to it so HE MIGHT BE COOKING.
I agree but if ur saying Sukuna will know abt Dumbledore then its fair to say Dumbledore will know enough abt Sukuna too... can't slash smth u can't see or know is coming ygm? But yeah I agree that if it comes down to a face off Sukuna would win low diff
@@Allons-Y-04 yeah ik, but it's funny to imagine Dumbledoor getting sliced in half by a dismantle while sukuna is hitting chapter 248 page 6 "I am severly disappointed" ahh pose
Reason why Dubleore isnt getting past anyone in second grade:
1) They can easily protect their souls with cursed energy against adabra cedabra ( Nanami vs Mahito fight)
2)They are able to catch bullets point blank (Maki cathing Mais bullets)
3)Protego is very weak spell that can protect you just from regular fightning spells (Mentioned by Fred or George when they told Harry about things they are selling to ministry)
1) is waffle. Nanami's was subconscious and even then it was weak. If any sorcerer could do that then Mahito would never have been a problem... also being able to protect ur soul changes nothing about how Avada Kedavra will affect you. It is instant death when it touches you without exception (unless ur name is Harry Potter lol)
2) Speed irrelevant cus i thought it was boring lol (but yeah)
3) I never said protego. I said defensive magic, of which there are many more powerful forms at which Dumbledore is the most proficient user of.
The idea of using a Patronous against the Disaster curses is so raw. Cool video.
Ah well u say I can’t just upscale his speed… but I did 😂
@@Allons-Y-04 i didn't say you can't upscale him.

He should go and ask Inumaki what happened to him the last time he did that.

Y'all say "verse equalisation" and then proceed to favour one side without debating how such an ability would function in JJK's established system.
No verbal magic sigh
@ yeah pretty much, but that’s the fun of it 😁
Dumbledore is not dodging a bullet, and well even Maki in season 1 were able to catch a bullet shot from a revolver point blank, and that's S1 Maki, she's slower than even Nanami at that point, and both of them were blitzed by Jogo, who later were blitzed by Sukuna and Gojo, what I am saying is that Dumbledore is not making it past top 30. Strength is also wild, JJK characters would be able to literally grab the old man and throw him so far that he actually ends up being in China. But even if you upscale Dumbledore, JJK character's techniques might be not as versatile but definitely more AOE type, also do not forget about RCT.

Gojo's Reverse Curse would definitely fix those slashes right up, but being able to hurt him at all is much more than most cross-verse characters can do to him.
i was waiting for a video like this since the day i finished all books (like a month ago)
Dumbledore doesn't use verbal magic btw... but also I said assume relative in speed
I like how at the end you say gojo and dumbledore talk it out even though that’s everyone’s first reaction

The only problem with this is that Sukuna’s dismantles are undetectable and he doesn’t even have to move a muscle to use them
@@Allons-Y-04 Oh, that's broken.
here's a better one, emperor belos from TOH (all versions) vs the jjk verse, the stats aren't too much off and his magic is really underrated
Unless you believe that Dumbledore will have a viewing point where he will be able to see Maki from like 30km away so he has time to prepare xD

He wont even be able to fight his way to the top tiers in JJK like gojo and sukuna
5:18 13:25
Ok , Dumbledore vs random DC magician.
Flight is movie canon only but I did say i would include that... problem is traversal flight speed doesn't mean he's that fast on the ground
