Was just reading today that Barons have been bought by Manor Park Classics. Manor Park run a slick operation by the looks of it so hopefully will be a good thing
A brilliant shuffle round Barons/Manor Park Classics, favourite car for me has to be the Lexus, there is one round the corner from me in a Navy Blue but the Mondeo is quite tempting as well oh choices choices.
Yes, I think this video came out about the same time that the announcement about Manor Park Classics was made. I will have to ask them what has actually happened at some point. Too many decisions, of course, as usual, sir!
Hurray! Barons Classic Car Auction time 👍. 4:41 White Jaguar Mk 2....I should just stop watching there. I cannot think of anything I would prefer. It has a lovely little Union Jack badge, too. .......followed by a red one at 12:05. Lovely. Then an XJ6 at 13:09. Jaguars always please my eye 😻. AND another white one 16:49. As it was imported from South Africa I bet there is very little corrosion on this one. Wow! It's Jaguar nirvana today 17:19. Jaguar S-Type. Fab! And a Jaguar XK-8 at 22:02. Having been a bit boring with my Jaguar obsession perhaps the most sensible car for me would be that bonnie little Morris Minor.
Sir, I thought you might enjoy this month's selection of tasty treats at Barons Classic Car Auctions. Two white Mark II Jaguars this time, and a red one too! I have a feeling that someone might be selling off a collection of Jaguars given how many there were. The Morris Minor looks very affordable.
Some really nice cars Joseph I know we don't do diesels I have never heard of a prince engine is that a type of diesel can you educate me with this one best regards Andy Allen.
Sir, said Prince engine is a petrol, but it is one of the worst ones ever put in a modern car. Mr Coleman does not like them. Have a look on Wikipedia for more information.
I briefly had an early Lexus SC430….. beautifully built and extremely well finished, but the early cars had absolutely appalling ride quality which was totally odd with the nature of the car, something that was corrected later in the life. I had it for about a week and quite honestly couldn’t wait to give it back and get back into my Avensis!
S-type for living out "Stoppo-Driver" moments - good brakes when approaching zebra crossing, I recall and same colour? 635 for remembering hours of gazing at late '70's adverts in my Dad's Sunday colour supplements showing upmarket folks driving the then new 6 series in sunny locations. I have to agree that Elise access, and egress, would not be a good look, especially for a 15st, 6'3 and [nearly] 63 yr old with a dodgy back. I'll stick with the Leckshush.
Yes, a couple of S-Types (and a BMW) used in Stoppo Driver, as far as I remember. The 635 was very, very nice indeed. I want to try an Elise, but I don't fancy trying to get in and out of it either!

You are quite right, I think that this might be the first video (accidentally) showing this new business venture!
I remember fondly when Mercedes Benz were purchased for Engineering, Build Quality and Exclusivity, and not Equipment.
Yes, not a lot of equipment on this one, but a lot of quality!

@lloydvehicleconsulting I believe Mr Westby does some videos for Manor Park Classics.
You are correct, sir!

@@lloydvehicleconsulting Thank you Joseph I sure will check it out Andy Allen
No problem at all, sir.

I would like to try one of those SC430s. I gather that you are absolutely right about the awful ride quality, from what I remember...
Good evening, sir!
Hope you enjoyed the video, sir!

Sir, my heart rate increased by a small percentage upon seeing the Mondeo GLX with immaculate factory wheel trims. Should I seek medical advice?
Sir, you need not seek medical advice, as such physiological responses are common amongst channel viewers. Financial advice, on the other hand...
