There is a difference between a scheme and a dream and let the dream makes the boom at the end. World is full of such schemes but even then dream teams and dream companies sustain and grow. Please keep speaking, if you don't want to depend on government, please don't depend on industry, start your list, ask people to contribute with evidence then append that name after confirming it from that entity of they fail to defend those claims.

Legal precedence behind game design copyright is not established anywhere in the world. It's a norm of the international game industry.
The context of the Google strike down notices was not what you believe. I'm surprised that you could so casually talk about an industry about which you have so little knowledge.
It is damaging and irresponsible. Do you know whether the industry declined after the notices? Do you know what % of IT we represent? Do you know how deeply Google is integrated in the system?
