The video shows you the formal changing of the guard in the first courtyard from two camera angles. The formal full change is held daily at 12:00 noon. The other times are less ceremonial.

i saw that when i went to prague my bed n breakfasg was the second place below the stairs and they now wear the same pants, whiye shir4,and a dark blue stirt and a whiye hat with a carbine rifle now

This way the castle guard goes is a classic procession of Sokolové (falcons). Which is a gym association that guarded the castle in 1918-1919 before the castle guard was established.
