My theory the MC idle of catching a falling purple star is EXACTLY what firefly does in the trailer so either tbjs firefly we are seeing isn't real one especially when she vanishes at the end of the trailer like the MC is waking from a dream
Yeah plot twist the new member is actually Aventurine/Kakavasha since he's now free from the IPC and the game mention the word "Family" so often everytime aventurine is on the screen and the astral express is like a family a faction that accepts anyone without enslaving people like Harmony and the path of trailblaze is literally Freedom, you're free to go and join anytime him joining astral express would make alot of sense and Misha will probably join too since he said that he would loved to go on a journey with the Astral express and pompom also asked us to bring about a few nameless that means we're getting more than 1 member but then again this is what *I* Think i could also be wrong
