Story #2, I have experienced before while out hunting. Almost to the letter. The only difference was instead of visions of Gremlins surrounding me, I just got the very strong feeling that something was out there. I experienced a downturn in mental status. I experienced the feeling that I shouldn't be there and even entering the "dead" area of the woods. All I can say is, with 20+ years of hunting experience, I have seen and heard some things out there that make me seriously question what we think of as reality. I think we are overlooking some elements that do indeed exist. Probably mainly due to what we are taught to believe is and is not, real. I don't think it's quite that simple, after what I have experienced out there.
You are getting a glimpse of the mechanism behind missing 411 in the last account. Had he continued picking up equipment items, there is every chance that he would have disappeared for ever. 411 at work.

It's scary to be in the woods alone when you know there's something dangerous in them. It's worse when whatever it is is conning and intelligent. It takes away the only advantage you have.

I'M IN EUREKA RIGHT NOW!!!! Bruh, we just had a twister touch down a few minutes from willow creek! There was a bad rain, thunder, lightening storm that lasted a week! (No like daily you'd see the lightening and hear the thunder, it was like living in a horror movie) but there was a mud slide there this weekend and a dude my coworker likes who was hanging out down there came up missing.... he's been missing for 4 days now.... Sorry, omg tho!
Maybe it was a ghost of ranger Morgenson heading up the Forester Pass. It's said that his restless spirit still patrols the trails in the Kings Canyon & Sequoia National Parks.

Did a 16 mile hike over the weekend. Up to a 3500 foot peek. Done the trail before, always full of birds, rabbits, squirrels etc, this time, my friend and I saw one crow and a turkey vulture. It was silent out. Kinda found it out
I watched the movie Primal Rage..The worst ever, but I bet that was fun working on it.Weird about the tool bag,maybe one of the crew was carrying the tool bag, and the bag was damaged or open and things fell out.They may have got scared and tossed it.
