As a person who can't give up my Saabs and has unfortunately let a few live in tattered conditions... I always smile when I see a Saab with the red and blue badges. Those things cost money, and it's a real sign of pride in my opinion. Makes me happy to see that through the scratches and dings many of these Saabs have those fresh emblems.
Wow! Fantastic to see all these SAABs in good condition. As living in Sweden, with snow and salt on the roads in winter, it is wonderful to se the rust free cars in the sun. The seats in the black 9000 aero is created by Björn Envall, the head of styling departement at that time. Greetings from Sweden😊

Agree, the Sonett seats fit unexpectedly well and give good side support under quick cornering. The lumbar supports do a very good job in supporting the small of your back when you position them right. I have never seen Euro-style parking lights / turning signal lights on the front of US-Sonetts, where these standard on the early years or were they exchanged for the completely orange Triumph based units afterwards?

9-5 Aero seats sit quite well but 9000 Aero seats are in a class of their own. Agree that the interior style in the 99 is the finest looking of all the Saab interiors I have seen so far. No matter the color, red green or blue, combined with the metallic red, green and blue exterior colors that came in 1978/79, these were the most stunning colors Saab has had in their existence.
We say those Saab 9000 huge version comfort seats like "batseats" here in Finland 🇫🇮 as the shape of seats etc. Here is also very known saying as joke, that having a Saab is like illness 😄 Saabismi on sairaus🏁 But i know it was better kind of illness, with "03 9-5 with 240hp and 440nm torque👍
