Your video is no less amazing than the parks! The explanations are clear and interesting, and the photographs are like a movie. If before I was debating whether to go only to the Grand Canyon on my first trip to the USA, now I realized that I shouldn't miss the rest. Thank you very much for the upload, and good luck with your TH-cam channel.
Thank you John for your wonderful video! I love your mellow demeanor, solid photography skills, and the music fits nicely. I'm driving from SF Bay Area to Grand junction, Co. in a few weeks and trying to come up with a great itinerary. I've never been to Bryce or Zion so watching vids to figure it out. Keep up the good work. ✌
Thank you. Headed here from Boston on motorcycles by way of the North Rim in 2 weeks. We'll be going the west to east from Zion to Bryce, hopefully through the tunnel. We all got our annual or lifetime passes already. Hopefully weather is as good as you got. Thanks again. This is helpful
Wow! Those parks looked like they were in another prehistoric world. Zion National Park was my favorite - it gave me the same feeling I got driving Hwy 101 through the Redwood Forest. It' almost a spiritual experience. If you haven't traveled hwy 101 in California through the Redwood Forest, that is a must do. Also you have to stop at the "Trees of Mystery" south of the main forest.
Went to Zion Park, it was the most stunning place I’ve ever seen. But.. true story.. As an Indy gal we can be fearless drivers. We will zoom through traffic as it it’s our duty; but of course I’ve never drived in an area that the ground just dropped away!’ In no point in my driving experience had I ever concerned myself much about driving off the earth. It’s only ever been flat ground, maybe a draining ditch. Utah completely challenged my driving self esteem.
Yeah that drive into Zion is unbelievable. Was hard to film and not get distracted while driving so I just went really slow 😊 Utah is a very underrated state to explore for all its incredible landscapes!
Indeed! After I got back and started editing, I realized how much better this video was going to look purely because of the natural beauty! Definitely need to get back!
Bro...excellent video! It's a luv / hate video cause, I'm heading out there and you made it look fantastic already but, we ALL know , NO camera can capture the true beauty...didn't think I can get that much in 1 day. Also, your camera work is great. Can I ask what wide angle lens you used in mm?
Again another amazing video!! My wife and I went through Bryce and Zion parks some years back and we were amazed of the beauty of the formations. Such a peaceful drive for sure. Would love to go back there again if I am traveling out west again. Gotta funny story to tell you about one of our stops through Bryce canyon but I can't actually put it out here on social media. Trust me it's worth it!! Not exactly what you think it would be!! Lol!!! Keep up with the awesome content that you are putting out!!
Thank you and sounds like a good story! Such an incredible place to just drive through. Definitely need to go back for some hiking and more exploring! Appreciate the support for watching these videos!
Amazing video, i am planning to go in March and unfortunately i have only 1 day to see Zion and Bryce . I will try to do your road trip but i will be coming from the south. So if i understood (for reverse) I will start at the visitor centre and take the shuttle if available then aims to take the Zion to Bryce scenic route mount carmel hwy and see Bryce . Truly hope i can make this happen, it is so beautiful! thank you for sharing.
Yes that’s correct you’ll want to do Zion first. I actually came from the south (hotel) but continued south afterwards so that’s why I did Bryce first. It’s an amazing day trip!! Have a blast!
Hi! Last time at 8700 I felt sick. I think it's a sign of altitude sickness. When I went down I felt great. Maybe there are some pills for this? I plan to visit all the canyons. Thanks.
Yes I think you can get those pills prescribed from your doctor. Not sure about over the counter. But you’ll want to take them before the trip. I’ve had altitude sickness before too and it’s no fun.
There is another channel I watch by a guy who visits national parks. He doesn't get many views but I enjoy him. I doubt promoting his channel here is the best thing but I bring it up because he says there are two types of people you see at national parks: national park people and theme park people. Some parks bring out more of one than the other. He considers theme park people the people who go out in their sundresses and flip flops, don't show much respect for the area, throw trash around.
I have no problem with anyone being promoted here. My channel isn’t that popular, so I want to support anyone who is trying to make interesting content!
@@TravelwithaWiseguy Great video! What a spectacular view! I was wondering the same w/driving. We are driving from LV to Zion. I'm afriad of heights & cliffs 😱😅. We'll only be hiking at flat land/lower elevation hiking x 2 days 😆. Hopefully, we can squeeze in enough in 2 days.
Thanks for this beautiful review.
What a spectacular video of each place. Having lunch traveling Zion curves is not smart. 😊Thanks for another great video.
Yes! Such an incredible area. My mind was blown from how spectacular it was!
All that in one day? What a wiseguy!
Haha yes!
I was there last summer. You did a fantastic job with the video and your verbal descriptions.
Thank you very much! It was an amazing day!

Wow, thanks! The USA has such a unique landscape to explore. You can never run out of interesting places to see!
@@TravelwithaWiseguy i can't wait!
Thank you for the video and all the valuable information. We are planning a day trip from Las Vegas to Zion and Bryce Canyon next month.
Great! It's an awesome trip - the sights are otherworldly!
I'm speechless!! 😍😍😍Gorgeous!
That was a heckuva day! As scenic as it gets!
Coming here next month. Visiting all 5 parks.
Nice! I’ve only been to 3!

Such an incredible area of the country to explore. I was amazed!
Love Zion!!
I did hike Angels Landing when I was in high school.
Totally a crazy hike!!
Yeah Zion is amazing! Bryce Canyon is too, but Zion is just so impressive!

Thank you and you’re correct it’s way better in person! And you’ll laugh but this is just my iPhone 13 🤷🏼♂️

Nicely done 👏👏👏

Beautiful video, definitely going after watching this ,but wondering if almost end of November is good to good ?
If it has a walkway and a fence, you know it's tourist hell

Amazing views. Wonder who named the different areas?
It really is spectacular to see it in person! I have no ideas about the naming!

The doctor prescribed MECLIZINE 25 MG Take 1 tablet by mouth every 12 hours as needed ( If anyone is interested.)

@@TravelwithaWiseguy His channel is called Journey to All National Parks.
Will definitely check it out!
Is it scary drive.?I am new driver and visiting in April .So want to know do I drive by car or take bus .Since we are family of 4
I didn't think it was scary. But you do have to pay attention when you drive. You can pull over and take photos often. Be safe, you will love it!

hello, what month were you there?
It was July 2021!
What month of the year was this?
This was July
Who drive for you.?
I drove myself.
Yeah, these parks where you have to fight for parking just don't really impress me much. Nice sights but I have no want of fighting large crowds
Totally agree. There’s a reason they are so beautiful, but I definitely hate crowds. I prefer a town with 10 people 😂
THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!! This land is NOT our land after all...
