This is the one from AliExpress: Just found this amazing item on AliExpress. Check it out! $30.00 10% Off | New Steering Stabilize Damper Bracket Mount CNC Motorcycle Accessories For Aprilia RS660 RS 660 rs660 rs 660 2021 2022 2023 a.aliexpress.com/_mLMejbk The damper works as advertised. If you were to go with ohlins, you could just buy the bracket to help you install it. All in all I’m happy with it.
Yea I might just get the kit like you did! $55 bucks is super cheap lol. Buying the ohlins dampener at almost $600 sheesh. The APRILIA is an amazing bike already. Gonna take your word for it bro!
Ohlins may be a better damper. I’ve never had one so I couldn’t give my opinion on it. Btw you’ll have to buy the ohlins damper AND mount kit which will run you $600. You could just get their damper and buy the mount somewhere else. Your choice. Let me know what you do. I’d be interested as well.
Why? Did you do a real, honest suspension set up first? There is hardly ever any reason other than bragging rights, to swap a stock damper. Most are able to be serviced and the oil weight changed to increase or decrease resistance. The speed wobbles are caused by YOU not the bike. Set your sh’t up right if you have funky wiggles, check tires, steering bearings, wheel bearings, rotor run out. A damper is the LAST thing to go to AFTER all other parts have been cleared of failures. Bad advice in this video…
I’m not giving advice in this video. Simply showing how I installed an aftermarket steering damper. There was no replacement of a stock steering damper. However I did adjust my stock suspension and will be considering your passive aggressive advice, if I should call it that.
You have no idea what you are talking about. The RS 660 does not even come with a stock dampener to begin with. This is a good upgrade no matter the suspension setup that is on the bike.
I got the same kit in gold on ebay for $80, worked as advertised, cant complain for the price
Its been solid for me as well. Took it out on a longer ride this weekend. Seemed to work great. No complaints.
So what your review? I was considering a ohlins dampener. But it’s expats you know. Do you have the link of which dampener you ordered? Thanks!

Thanks a lot I guess the ohlins doesn’t come with the bracket mount?

where you get the wings from?
Like the mirrors or the front spoiler? Actually both were AliExpress.
@@socal_ray front spoiler. Is it just a glue in piece?
@@GUIZAR2121 Sort of. It has the 3m type of adhesive
Why are you using Ohlins Dumper
