the sound level is unbelievable noisy. we bought this unit and the sound level reaches around 90dbs. it waked me up mid night and annoying my neighbors. i did feedback this issue up to 20times. their so called specialist Adman Day said this normal. it does makeing noise like this because this machine working like air-conditioning basis.... it is really really noisy. it is totally not like what the product leaflet and product instructions describes! we asked for simple request fix it or replace it.... it has been for this nearly 2months . no any physical solutions. they try to let us set up timer to change the running circle and not willing to directly face this defective product issue to help us fix it.. what a shame!
