Thanks Doc. Just came here to say thanks. There’s been only a handful of nights in the past few years I haven’t watched a video. I truly think it’s amounted to more better sleep and relaxation than any medication could ever hope to do. Just know it’s very appreciated and I will continue to support you as long as you keep making videos and even after if you move on to something else!
