@@venus-ir6ck excellent. Yes the benefit of having no prefered pronouns. Either you put some and don't really care about people misgendering you or you can just go by the one you "pass" the most as without having to deal with a hastle but still be comfortable.

i also havent asked my mum to use my prefered pronoun, but something that worked was to sometimes use it on the daily (in portuguese its a bit easier since a lot of words are based on gender, unfortunately)
for example, if you put clothes you like, come up to her and be like "wow i look so handsome, dont i?" (if you use male pronouns) and try to act natural as possible, be confident

seeing so many people worried about the fact that they cant remember their childhood now that they're 18/19/20 and let me assure you that thats totally normal and please don't freak out, childhood amnesia at that age is super common and not usually a sign of repressed trauma. it's more concerning if the onset of it comes when you're much younger (like 13-14 range).
and some things like depression can give you bad memory

Was talking to a customer at my store who’s a regular, and mentioned to him that the last time since I saw him a few weeks ago I figured out that I’m trans, and he looked at me confused and asked me “Wait isn’t being trans a choice?” And when I explained to him it wasn’t a choice and said he could be a boy or a girl or non-binary and it wouldn’t be a choice for him either he responded with “I’m fucking *insert r-word here* that’s what I am.”
I seriously got pissed off as fuck from this and needed a distraction from the gender dysphoria that flared up because of his ignorant ass. Watching this TikTok comp while on my lunch break to avoid him, and it’s exactly what I needed. Thank you so much
