Lots are selling for $30-35k USD and wood houses are being built around $175 USD per square foot, not including cistern, solar, architectural designs, and permits. The cost to build in secret beach definitely adds up and has gotten more expensive since the pandemic. This was an old listing! They’re getting more expensive believe it or not!

Like they said, it’s a mile from the beach. (if you didn’t read it) the other homes that are closer to the beach are a lot more, even the land. Though this is ONE WHOLE MILE😱 from the beach, it’s still considered a beach house. (btw that was sarcasm) anyways, have a great day Marcus. 😁
