popmom mom, It could potentially make rice noodles, I've never tried it - the recipe book does come with recipes for squid ink, beet, carrot, tomato, and spinach pasta. I hope this helps! 👨‍🍳

We do it by hand and every time we let the pasta settle for an hour before star shaping it so it gains elasticity, but I see this machine does not fulfil that stage. How does that affect the texture of resulting pasta?
