You should also talk about looking at the budget projections for any type of contracting your viewers are going into. For example, a lot of this money comes from the DRF (Disaster Relief Fund), which was/is on track to become completely negative between September and November 2023. Using a GPT like ChatGPT (OpenAI) one could upload the Januaray and Febraury 2023 data and seen that the DRF would completely run out by the end of the FY (around October 2023). Then the viewer should cross-check this data with the President's Funding Request 2024 (as well as any temporary funding bills the president signs to avert government shutdowns). This would be a good way for any viewer to have more insight into whether they can start disaster recovery contracting at that time or if it is better to concentrate on other contracts until a specific time then apply for said emergency contracts.
