Hi Suba, my 2 cents here... You can do one more step for more added freshness in storage. Cut the top and bottom in carrot, beans, Beets, Radish and then store in airtight containers. Veggies with seeds like bitter gourd,snake gourd etc, can be deseeded and stored. Also dont store potatoes and onions together, potato Sprouts and they aren't good for eating. I am also a organizing freak, so I like my veggies all sorted.

Akka next time soak the vegetables in turmeric water mix akka ....it'll disinfect the veggies and keep them fresh for even longer time ...
This is our routine when we purchase veggies. Didn't know that we are meal preping. Cheeky sekirama part 2 podunga. And Fridge organisation. Adhudha enga vtlah messy ah irukum.
Add some vinegar wash then again wash with fresh water....virus mari ethachum irunthalum poidum even though 1% chance will not take risk
