Brilliant & so simple to make , thank you for sharing your clever ideas!! I will try this style of making bird feeders for my balcony too!! Helen Kirrage xx thanks again!!!
Thanks Tony It’s been well received, there was a pair of Robins feeding within 5 minutes of it being put up, quickly followed by a pair of Blue Tits. Thanks for watching Tim 😊👍
Hi John They are not fussy at all. Especially when there is plenty of seed in it 🤣 Apparently my Mother in law says a rather acrobatic squirrel also likes it ! Best Wishes Tim 😊👍
Really genius idea. I was looking for something simple to make for my garden birds, and it doesn't get much easier than your design! Looking forward to having a go at making it today 👍🐦
Well made and cheap, You don't have a squirrel problem in your Garden do you?? Other wise your feeder would have tobe encased with a thick wire cage!!!😆
I made this for my mother in laws garden, she doesn’t have squirrels visit, we occasionally have one visit in our garden. He will try his luck on the peanut feeders but doesn’t bother on the seed ones ! Thanks for watching 😊👍
Hi Mike It certainly seems to be being enjoyed down at Mums house apparently. When we are allowed to visit properly I should have plenty of birds to photograph. Best wishes Tim 😊👍
Cute, but I think I’d put a wider top over it to deter more rain and I’d put more holes for the seed to spill out. More drainage holes in the bottom, I think. Nice idea, sir.

Very nice. But how did you get the screw inside the plastic jar.?.
A long Phillips screwdriver
Спасибо большое! 🌼
that wouldnt last 1 day in my garden to many squirells
Very good, but, a squirrel will destroy that in 30minutes, plastic is too easy for them, so I only buy metal feeders these days.
