Frozen Crown performing live "Crown Eternal", from the album "Winterbane".
Live recordings mixed and mastered by Andrea Fusini.
Premise: this is the last material from Winterbane we're releasing, closing the 3rd FC chapter and officially opening the 4th! Let the new album in!
No overdubbing, just 1 vocal track for each singer, 1 track for each guitar, and 6 mics for the drums.
Everything was played and recorded live by each member, making this playthrough sound as close as a (perfectly mixed and balanced) live set would sound.

I've watched/listened to this video at least 15 times since you guys released it. I love how everyone sounds compared to how the album version! Tons of raw soul and passion bursting through my headphones.

Wow! Really love this. Hearing the different tones between a live recording versus studio processed. Different recording strategies.
WOW! Goosebumps!!! You all are so amazing! Everything you produce is better than the one before. That's unheard of in the music industry. I think unicorns are more common. And you make it look so easy but it's far from it. And I must say, in all the performance videos I've seen of you all, Giada is always relaxed and laid back. She has such an amazing voice, it requires little effort. But I have always felt that if she just makes it LOOK like she's really belting it out, that it would really put the band's stage presence over the top and land Frozen Crown on the big stage at Wacken Open Air festival and beyond. It would be so powerful and bad-ass through THAT sound system. Oh, and don't forget to record a live video album from it! So anyway, Giada is definitely belting it out in this video recording! Thank you for creating and posting it. And this concept of a music video where the music is actually played and sung, not air-played and lip-sync'd is something I don't think I've seen before. More genius! And it sounds just as good, if not better than the album version. Awesome. And you have ANOTHER album coming out soon?! What's next? A US tour?! Considering your current trajectory (straight up), I think that's likely in the near future. Can't wait! Best regards!

@Niklas Black I like 'Blood on the Snow' more. It's probably my most favourite FC song, but Crown Eternal is pretty much a close 2nd for my taste. I will probably never get a playthrough of a 9 minute long song 😂.
