Great breakdown, definitely useful for me. I am still working on balance and shoulder mobility, but the HSPU is something I'd like to achieve in the near future. Thanks again Paul!
I love this boards! Would you be able to write a timeline of skills and how you'd learn them or combine them along the journey to maximize on speed... great stuff!
Another amazing video. Such a clear breakdown of the stages and approaches. Thank you, Paul! What are your thoughts on going into (e.g. Pike to) Headstand (i.e. top of head on floor, in triangle w hands) and then pushing up to Handstand? I feel it's a bit like a Box/Pause Squat, in that you're working the concentric from a full stop without elastic energy stored from the eccentric. It also increases time under tension in the difficult end of range of motion. Please keep up the great content. Your ability to explain simply and honestly is so effective and appreciated.
The same technique in the handstand pushup , can u use the same technique in the overhead press? Am thinking to build strength and same muscles without doing the handstand pushup...
wow, this really opened up my mind about some concepts. i did not realise all these skills were related. thank you very much!

Great video! I really gotta get rid of my Archy back, have you got any tips on how to get rid of the banana back in the handstand? Thanks boss
