@@palehorse24681 You know what i dont know the story behind, maybe the guy was too up his ass but if we are talking about pure talent and the guy anted to elevate things then he did, SOAD was insane one of my fav group but clearly serj did the most of it because looks scars on broadway you can see the SOAD vibes but it lacks something while serj going solo after that still retain insanely creative and fun to hear
so yeah dude is legit, he is exampt of flaws maybe not but give credit where its due !

I never thought I needed to hear Toxicity on a tubulum... I was wrong. I needed to hear this and it's awesome
SOAD's folk music inspirations lend most of their melodies as pieces that translate well to more "earthy" instruments.

I've said this before and I'll say it again... The reason this is so different and so cool is because he's straddling the divide between beat and tone... piano, santoor, etc are all percussive in nature, yet the hammer strikes produce tone... And thats exactly what is going on here... Brilliant!

This is an odd one for me. I almost feel like the Tubulum might need it's own original piece, I love the original versions of these songs too much on their original instruments.

I am probably oversimplifying the arrangement for this, but it sounds like you took the arrangement from the handpan, and adapted it to this instrument, with some refining and retouching. Masterpiece man, I love seeing the notification that you uploaded. Keep innovating and inspiring! \m/
