Marineford is like an end of series Arc that less than halfway through the show. No does it like Oda, he’s quite simply the Goat🐐 The fact that a random candle man from episode 120 is playing a part in one of the biggest wars in One pieces history just shows how deep this man’s bag is
One of my favorite things in one piece is when a marine does something bad ass or heroic, and then the camera pans to the word justice written on their back. It’s all the explanation they need. Why did Garp stop Marco here? The camera tells us, Because of his sense of justice
And Marco saved luffy after that😂😂 people keep sleeping on this man because an off screen fight(not a spoiler)😂😂 thIs man was using haki and clashing with kizaru and kuzan😂 him as a support character is lethal

Toei goes all in to make Akainu look weaker than he is during marineford, especially on his last clash with Newgate. In the manga, it is consistently shown that the admirals were at least equal to Whitebeard here, strenght wise.
